For those of you who wonder if you have enough room to do freezer meals, here's a good visual. Everything goes home in a regular sized cooler.

May 14th Session Available

I was trying to see if there was interest in a May 14th freezer meal prep session.  The menu would be the same one we do on April 30th.  That menu will be:

Now Available - Personal Group Sessions!

Our sessions are filling up pretty quickly these days!  Because of that, I have decided to have optional dates for "personal sessions".  Here is how it works.  You need to have at least 4 people to book a session (this includes yourself) and the maximum you can have is 6 (including yourself).  Dates for personal sessions are listed on the calendar.  Book a session date and get the following discount as the coordinator:
  • Book with 4 people - $10 off for yourself
  • Book with 5 people - HALF OFF! ($20)
  • Book with 6 people, a full session - FREE for yourself!
If you have a date that would work for your group that is not listed on the calendar, please contact me on my Facebook page or via email.

The personal session menu will be the same as the regular session menu.
